Subscribing to Elorisa means never worrying about running out mid-progress. You’ll lock in exclusive perks like discounted pricing, priority shipping, and guaranteed access to stock. Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days to keep your routine on track without interruption.

Flexible, But With Accountability.

You’re free to cancel your subscription anytime after your first renewal. All we ask is that cancellation requests are submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations can be made through your account portal or by emailing our support team. To keep things streamlined, phone and social media cancellations aren’t accepted.

Pauses & Skips (When You Need Them)

Life happens, and we get that. You can pause or skip a shipment once every three billing cycles. Just give us a 7-day heads-up before your next order processes, and we’ll handle it.

Subscription Orders Are Final.

Once a subscription order is processed and shipped, it’s non-refundable. The only exceptions are for defective or incorrect items. Our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee is available for first-time purchases only and doesn’t apply to subscription renewals.

Price Lock Protection.

Your subscription price is guaranteed for six months. After that, any pricing updates will come with a 14-day notice so you’re never caught off-guard.
